Sasha Crabtrey formed Assistance Magnifique over 5 years ago to guide others in blending their professional and personal lives in a meaningful way. She learned quickly that focusing her core abilities and bringing in the right resources provided a unique solution to her clients' key challenges. Their diverse backgrounds, business acumen, and industries keep her challenged and learning at every turn. From financial manager, international coordinator, event planner and project manager to creative director, brainstorming partner, listener and sidekick, she has touched every aspect of her client's day. She is grateful to be a part of their lives and help them achieve their full potential.

Her most significant prior role was the Director of Foundation Operations at the Education Foundation of Harris County (EFHC), a non-profit organization, where her efforts were focused in the areas of fiscal management, operational administration, and special events leadership. As the right-hand woman to the Executive Director/CEO, her activities included extensive scheduling and coordination, management of outreach efforts and promotional sponsorships, and serving as a knowledge resource to develop and align strategies. The organization remains a client today!

Prior roles garnered experience in design and implementation of corporate marketing efforts, office organization, and international coordination. As a professional model and spokesperson, she has proven her ability to operate in any environment; working effectively and interacting closely with, executives, boards of directors, community leaders, corporate clients, nonprofit agencies, and other stakeholders.

Her credentials are commensurate with her work experience and personal drive. Sasha earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, in less than four years, at Texas A&M University's Mays College of Business. Besides her clients, her husband, of 11 years, son and daughter keep her life fulfilled!

Lauren Trager joined Assistance Magnifique in September 2010 as the Director of Administrative Services. She brings years of high level administrative, marketing and operational experience, supporting very diverse executives and business owners. Lauren's exceptional attention to detail and organization is what makes her a tremendous asset to the company and the clients they serve. She is excited about finding creative solutions and unique resources to meet the needs of current and future clients.

Lauren began a nonprofit career at the Education Foundation of Harris County (EFHC) where she served as the Marketing & Development Associate and then Managing Director. In addition to supporting the President/CEO, she served as the BOD liaison, internal/external communications coordinator, and in multiple project leadership roles. EFHC was also where Lauren first met Sasha; they knew they would partner on something unique one day! Lauren went on to work at two other nonprofit organizations supporting the Executive Directors while managing staff, fundraising events, and donor relations.

As the regional coordinator for the Real Estate Investment Department of Camden Property Trust, Lauren worked directly for the Senior Vice President coordinating all aspects of her day including nationwide multi-destination travel arrangements, management of the SVP's direct reports, and liaison to other executives, company-wide. This position led her to her most challenging position as the Director of Business Development at Keystone Resources where she helped clients bring their design/marketing initiatives to life, provided a successful re-organization of the company and aligned strategic initiatives to increase revenue generating activities.

Lauren graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. She has served in volunteer positions and on various committees in the WBEA and NAWBO. Lauren and her husband are anxiously expecting their first baby boy in 2011!
