I started Assistance Magnifique in early 2006 to assist independent professionals, executives and business owners, via virtual executive administration services. My prior roles in operational and administrative management helped me realize a pretty significant initial growth of my business. In my prior life, I was the Director of Foundation Operations at the Education Foundation of Harris County (EFHC), a non-profit organization, where I focused my efforts in areas of fiscal management, operational administration, and special events leadership. I was the right-hand woman to the Executive Director/CEO; in addition to extensive scheduling and coordination, I managed outreach efforts and promotional sponsorships, and served as a knowledge resource to develop and align strategies.
Before EFHC, I was an Executive Assistant with Alliance Marine Services, LP where I provided creativity and coordination in implementing corporate marketing efforts; office organization and administration.
As a professional model and spokesperson, Ive proven adept at operating in any environment. As a result, my communication and interpersonal skills allow me to work effectively, interacting closely with, executives, boards of directors, community leaders, corporate clients, nonprofit agencies, and other stakeholders.
My credentials are commensurate with my work experience and personal drive. I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a concentration in Management, in less than four years, at Texas A&M University Mays College of Business.
In addition to helping my clients succeed, I've served as the President of the Greater Houston Area Association of Education Foundations and am currently active with The Professional Group and the Houston A&M Club.
